KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH386 had to return to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) shortly after departure due to a cabin pressure issue on Tuesday night.
It was reported that the flight, which was headed for Shanghai, encountered problems soon after taking off from KLIA Terminal 1 at 9.14pm as reported by Astro Awani.
According to Flightradar, the Airbus A330-300 aircraft declared a general emergency shortly after take-off.
The plane descended to 10,000ft (3,048m), possibly due to a cabin pressure issue, and safely landed back at KLIA after spending 70 minutes in the air.
