Cadiz president Manuel Vizcano believes striker Choco Lozano has agreed to join Getafe.
The Honduras international has been preparing to leave Cadiz this season and Vizcano claims the attacker has already committed to Getafe.
"I think he is signed by Getafe. I said it last year with Salvi, and I wasn't wrong," said Vizcaino.
Cadiz filed a complaint against Getafe for talking with Lozano earlier this season.
"The behavior has been denounced, let's hope they keep that in mind."
