The agent of Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo is adamant he'll succeed at Stamford Bridge.
The summer arrival from Brighton has battled for consistency in his first weeks as a Blue.
But agent Ali Barat told Tuttosport: "I believe that Chelsea have made a great investment. In every sense. Moises has signed a five-year contract until 30 June 2028 and has gone from a salary of 60,000 a week to the current one of 150,000.
"He has not yet turned 22 and has already made 34 appearances for the Ecuador national team."
Barat continues: "After returning to Brighton in January 2022 following his loan to Beerschot, he grew under the guidance of (Graham) Potter and then definitively exploded under the orders of (Roberto) De Zerbi.
"He is a pure talent who blossomed in Independiente del Valle, half an hour from Quito. A mix between (N'Golo) Kant and (Jude) Bellingham: the Frenchman's speed and the Englishman's technique, an explosive 'cocktail'.
"And to think that the beginnings in Great Britain and Belgium had been very hard for him, caused problems with settling in, with language, of adaptation."
