Chelsea are putting together a last-ditch transfer offer for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
The Guardian states the West London club have resurrected their interest in Caicedo.
A day ago, Liverpool were in the frontrunners, having had a bid accepted by Brighton.
However, Chelsea will outbid the Reds, as Caicedo wants to go play for the London club.
The Ecuadorian has said he will not join Liverpool, as he has promised Chelsea he would play for them.
With Liverpool having struck a 110 million agreement, Chelsea will have to go even higher.
