SANDAKAN: The Sandakan Parliamentary Office is opening applications for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) High Achievers 2023 Programme as an appreciation of their achievements and support for furthering their studies.
Sandakan Member of Parliament Vivian Wong said the applications are open until July 10.
She said she was proud that many Sandakan students managed to achieve good scores in the SPM 2023.
“In addition to appreciating their achievements, it is also an encouragement to other students to strive and continue their studies as best as possible.

Read more “Among the application requirements is that the student must get at least 7As or above and that they reside in the Sandakan parliamentary constituency and the address on their identity cards must also be in the constituency.
“Through this programme, we hope to be able to help as much as possible in their preparation to continue their studies,” she said.
