Muhamad Sirhan maintained his plea of not guilty and claimed trial.

The prosecution informed the court that all documents pertaining to the case had been served. He is accused of having the drug at 1pm on Jan 26 at a unit in Api-Api Apartment, here.

The offence under Section of the Dangerous Drugs Act and punishable under Section 39A(2) of the same Act provides for a jail of between five years and life imprisonment, and whipping at least 10 strokes, on conviction.

The prosecution informed the court that they will call four witnesses during the hearing.

Pending the date, the court ordered Muhamad Sirhan to be remanded further until the disposal of his case.
