Fabio Capello says Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez wasn't the best player on the pitch for last night's win against Benfica.
Inter won the Champions League encounter 1-0 at San Siro stadium. Marcus Thuram struck the winner, with Lautaro named by UEFA man of the match.
Capello reflected: When you miss so many goals and score just one goal, you always remain in the balance until the last moment.
"If the equaliser had arrived I would have wanted to see if UEFA would have rewarded him (Lautaro) or what his report card would have been.
"Probably very different from the current one."
