Former Juventus coach Fabio Capello has been left disappointed by their start to the season.

Capello has questioned the quality within the Juve squad.

He said, "Juventus had little quality. The lack of (Paul) Pogba and (Angel) Di Maria, who have a certain personality, made itself felt yesterday.

"It is a team that has been put in difficulty by the Sampdoria game several times and has done little. The reason? In midfield, where the game is born, there is little quality.

"Juve is back to the levels of last year and (Max) Allegri can do nothing but wait for the return of these players to be able to express a certain type of game. Once, when Juve took the ball it was the master of the field, now they're not: there is little imagination."
