Former AC Milan coach Fabio Capello has questioned the reputation of Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi.
Capello admits he has doubts about his fellow Italian.
"There is a lot of talk about him being one of the top coaches in Europe because (Pep) Guardiola is sponsoring him, but this season he is in tenth or eleventh place in the table," he told Sky Sports Italia.
"What has he won in his career? A cup in Ukraine..."
De Zerbi has been linked with the likes of Milan and Bayern Munich in recent weeks.
