Kota Kinabalu: An elderly couple sustained injuries when the car they were travelling in crashed and caught fire at Jalan Taman Ria, here, Thursday afternoon, said the fire department.
The couple, both in their 60s, were taken to hospital by members of the public before a fire and rescue team arrived.
“Upon arrival at the scene, we found a Honda Jazz engulfed in flames,” said the department in an update.
