According to Guang Ming Daily, the incident occurred near an apartment located next to the Butterworth Digital Library.

In the pictures, we can see that the car was improperly parked at the entrance of the garbage collection point, blocking the area for workers to access the bins.

Photos of the car, covered in garbage, were taken by a passerby and quickly uploaded to social media, serving as a warning to others not to park irresponsibly.

Furthermore, the images also show the car occupying a space that was not designated for parking, right in front of the garbage station’s gate.

The owner’s careless behavior hindered workers from returning the garbage bins to their proper place.

As a result, the workers had no choice but to place small and medium-sized bins alongside the car, blocking its rear and side.

In addition to the workers’ actions, several residents threw their household garbage directly onto the car’s windshield.

An old double mattress was also seen placed on the vehicle’s rearview mirrors.
