A car crashed onto a house roof in Seri Menanti after skidding off the road, leaving two passengers with minor injuries.
KUALA PILAH: A car plunged onto the roof of a house at the foot of a hill near Jalan Kampung Tanjung Bachang, Seri Menanti, here after the driver lost control of the vehicle last night.
In a statement today, Kuala Pilah police chief Supt Muhamad Mustafah Hussin said preliminary investigations found that the vehicle was travelling from Seri Menanti to Seremban when it skidded off the road and crashed onto the roof of a house located below the hill.
Two passengers sustained minor injuries and received treatment at the Kuala Pilah Hospital, while the 63-year-old driver and another passenger escaped unhurt.
“The tenant was not at home when the incident occurred,” he said.
Muhamad Mustafah said the case is being investigated under Rule 10 of the Road Traffic Rules 1959, with ongoing investigations.
