KOTA MARUDU: A Perodua Myvi was completely destroyed in a car fire along Jalan Langkon here on Thursday afternoon, though no injuries were reported.
The Fire and Rescue Department said it received an emergency call at about 3.17pm and a team from the Kota Marudu station arrived within minutes to find the vehicle already engulfed in flames.
Firefighters brought the blaze under control using a single hose line and concluded the operation shortly after ensuring the area was safe and posed no further risk to the public.
