Kota Kinabalu: The Careline Chatbot, developed by the Sabah Tourism Board (STB) to boost tourists’ safety during holidays in the state, was launched by State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), Friday.

The Careline Chatbot is a communication tool designed to provide tourists with round-the-clock access to relevant information and support.

This initiative is part of STB’s continuous efforts to enhance communication and service quality.

The Careline serves as a source of information for tourists, addressing inquiries and offering guidance, including essential contact information for local authorities in emergency situations, ensuring that visitors have access to immediate support whenever needed.
