Canadian PM Mark Carney called for a new partnership with the US on Thursday, just weeks before President Donald Trump decides on whether to renew the Free Trade Agreement between the countries.
Carney said there should be a “true partnership” that re-imagined cooperation in specific sectors challenged by global competition. “A strong Canada will help make America great again,” he said.
