Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher says a lack of depth at Arsenal couldn't match Manchester City.
Defeat at Nottingham Forest for Arsenal saw City confirmed champions.
Carragher said: "Arsenal's first 11 is not a million miles away from Manchester City. They play a similar style, but you can't play your best players all the time. Kevin de Bruyne doesn't play every game [for Man City].
"The second half of the season has been a massive drop-off. They had 50 points at the halfway mark.
"You know you have to get to 90 points to win the title. Arsenal could maybe end up with 84. Even though you can say they've done all they can, it hasn't really been enough."
