Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher praised Mykhailo Mudryk after Chelsea's 3-2 win over Newcastle United.
The Ukrainian winger scored a spectacular goal by rounding the goalkeeper to get his team all three points in the Premier League.
While Mudryk has endured struggles since his big money move in January 2023, he has shown better form.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Carragher said: I was just pleased Mudryk scored. It's not been easy for him.
It hasn't gone as well for him as he would have liked. It's shocking from Newcastle.
I saw him in the Champions League a couple of years ago, there's a player there. Hopefully this for him is the start of something."
