Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher believes Manchester City could develop into the best team in the history of the Premier League.
City won the Treble last season and sit top of the Premier League table.
Carragher said: "Manchester City"? We may now be watching one of the best teams in Premier League history.
"And maybe the best if they become champions again."
City currently sit top of the table clear by two points.
