We all know cats can be mischievous creatures. Whether it’s jumping into boxes that are way too small or staring at nothing like they’ve just seen a ghost, they have a knack for turning everyday moments into comedy gold.
And if you’ve ever seen a cat transfixed by a screen, you know the show is just getting started.
Sometimes, they’ll even paw at the screen like they’re trying to catch something—a harmless quirk, right? Well, not for one feline who took things a bit too far.
Cat knocks over computer while staff are away
Meet Tauke, the black-and-white cat who stars in his very own office drama.
The footage, captured by CCTV and uploaded to TikTok by a car workshop @lawrobert88, shows Tauke alone in the office while the staff are busy working.
With nothing but a computer monitor to entertain him, Tauke decides to put his paws to work.
In the video, Tauke gives the screen some very serious ‘cat-sideration,’ poking and prodding it like he’s trying to figure out if it’s food, a toy, or some other cat conspiracy.
It all went down last Friday (October 4) at around 4 p.m., when Tauke, obviously fed up with his lack of job responsibilities, gave the monitor a decisive shove, sending it toppling off the desk.
Like a true cat, Tauke then peeks under the table, as if thinking, “Yep, mission accomplished.”
The workshop owner later uploaded the footage, joking, “My Tauke (cat) is acting up today. What’s up, Tauke? Pushing the computer like that? We’re all busy, and you’re the only one with so much free time.”
‘Won’t be satisfied until it falls’
The comments section was flooded with cat lovers laughing at the shenanigans.
One viewer said, “As long as it doesn’t fall, he won’t be satisfied.”
Another hilariously noted, “Lucky there’s CCTV. How else would we explain to the boss, ‘Yes, boss, the cat pushed the PC with its paw until it fell.’”
Someone else added, “If there was no CCTV, for sure other workers would get their pay docked because no one would admit it.”
We’ve all seen cats blame humans for their own mess, so it’s safe to say Tauke might’ve just saved some employees from a deduction!
