BEAUFORT: Flash floods always occur at Kampung Parit just because the stream is blocked by overgrown weeds and other debris.
A resident, Johawalia Jimsin said the stream has not been maintained for so long.
“As a result, it floods easily whenever it rains non-stop as the water cannot escape,” he pointed out.
