CelcomDigi has introduced a 50-day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass for Malaysians travelling to Saudi Arabia for the 2026 Hajj pilgrimage, with availability from 1 April to 30 June 2026.
CelcomDigi 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass

The pass is priced at RM148 (plus RM5 if you’re a non-CelcomDigi user) and provides unlimited 5G internet access for 50 days, which activates as soon as you land within the borders of Saudi Arabia – technically, you’re provided with 150GB of high-speed quota, and beyond that you’ll be limited to 1Mbps speed once the quota is exhausted. Internet aside, the pass also provides 30 minutes of voice calls between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, subject to terms and conditions.
Unlike most roaming services that connects to one specific provider in the destination country, the Hajj Roaming pass allows connectivity through three of the biggest telecommunications operators in Saudi Arabia, including Mobily, STC and Zain KSA, along with in-flight coverage on selected airlines with AeroMobile service. Suffice to say, that should basically cover all corners of your journey.
The roaming pass can be purchased through the CelcomDigi App, CelcomDigi online store (for eSIM users), and at Lembaga Tabung Haji Kursus Perdana Haji sessions nationwide (if you’re already overseas without the app installed, you can access the features by dialing *800#). It is also available to non-CelcomDigi users through the purchase of a prepaid eSIM or physical SIM bundled with the pass.
