Celta Vigo are signing AS Roma midfielder Carles Perez.
Faro de Vigo says Celta and Roma are finalising an agreement so that the attacker arrives on loan with a purchase option.
The fee involved is yet to be confirmed.
Roma coach Jose Mourinho approved Perez's departure this week.
