Celtic are moving for Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley.
Football Insider says Barkley has been told by Chelsea management he is free to look for a new club.
Celtic have come forward for the 28-year-old.
Celtic have made a loan offer for the midfielder, but at the same time will have problems covering Barkley's entire salary.
The midfielder's contract with Chelsea expires next summer. In total, Barkley has scored twelve goals in 99 games for the Blues.
