Kota Kinabalu: In West Malaysia, where the practice of issuing the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) started 15 years ago, there were more cases of disgruntled home buyers suing architects who issued CCC for property defects.

This was revealed by panel speaker Ar. Mok Juang Yu, the current Persatuan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) Sabah Chapter Chairman (2023-2024) at the Shareda Property Chat 1.23 hosted by Shareda President Datuk Sr. Chua Soon Ping at Bay 21 Clubhouse here on May 10.
