Cesar Azpilicueta has made a transfer request to Chelsea.
The Blues captain has informed management he wants to leave this summer, reports transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Azpilicueta is in contact with Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.
The veteran has a year left on his contract and is seeking a free transfer.
The 33-year-old has been playing for Chelsea since August 2012.
