Tottenham duo Danny Rose and Serge Aurier will be missing for their Champions League clash against Olympiacos.
The North London side are playing the first game of the group stages on Wednesday in Greece.
Neither Rose nor Aurier have travelled with the rest of the squad for the game.
Other absentees include Juan Foyth and Giovani Lo Celso, who have slightly longer term issues.
It is likely that Aurier and Rose are being rested, as they were involved from the start at the weekend against Crystal Palace.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino knows he must rotate to keep his players fresh and fit throughout the season.
