Kota Kinabalu: The proposed redevelopment master plan for the Tanjung Aru Eco Development (TAED) will ensure that the coastal project will be people-centric.
Expected to be approved in the third quarter of next year, among the design paramaters to be considered include development cells and parcels, heritage and nature assets and the relocation of schools and institutions.
