Chelsea academy staff have appealed to management not to sell Conor Gallagher.
The England midfielder is a target for West Ham and Crystal Palace with Chelsea seemingly willing to sell.
But the Daily Mail says academy coaching staff have voiced their opposition to the sale.
Gallagher came right through the youth system at Chelsea and coaches are urging management to remove from the transfer-list.
They believe there's been too many academy players leaving this summer.
