The Blues took on Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Thursday in the Premier League.
Despite being 3-2 down, they ended up winning 4-3 late in stoppage time through a Cole Palmer hat-trick.
One incident in the game saw Fernandez have a go at ex-Chelsea man Mount, who came on for United.
The Blues ace also celebrated the winner in Mount's face to further rub salt in the wound.
