Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.
Th Ecuador international is up for sale at Brighton this summer.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Caicedo has now accepted a contract offer from the Blues.
However, a fee between the two clubs is yet to be struck.
Brighton are demanding 80m to sell Caicedo, having rejected such an offer in January from Arsenal.
