Chelsea and Roma have agreed terms for Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku is ready to move to the Giallorossi on a season-long loan, with two clubs having settled terms.
Roma will pay 5m for the 12 month deal with no permanent option included, says Sky Italia.
Roma have offered Lukaku a deal worth 7m, while he is demanding 8.5m to make the move.
However, a compromise is expected to be reached for 7.5m.
