Chelsea attacker Kai Havertz says the players are right behind manager Graham Potter.
Havertz struck the decisive goal as Chelsea defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-1 on aggregate in their Champions League round of 16 tie.
"Of course we know that there is pressure on him, but you can see that he is a great manager. I can't believe how many people talk about him in the media," the German told BeIN Sports.
"We have hundreds of coaches in England who think they know better than him, but in the dressing room we know he is a great personality and a great manager for us. He helps us all a lot, including myself.
"We stand behind him 100 percent, even if people may not see it. Here, I think everyone saw that he is a good coach."
