Chelsea are seeking new contract talks with Thiago Silva.
Now 39, the veteran defender's current deal expires in June and he is attracting interest from the Saudi Pro League.
But the Blues hope to convince him to go around again next season.
Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira reports: "Excl. - #Chelsea are ready to open talks to extend Thiago Silva's contract until 2025.
"Some Saudi clubs have approached the Brazilian centre-back during the summer transfers window, but his priority was to stay at #CFC."
