Chelsea are wrapping up a deal for Sunderland prospect Toby Bell.
The 14 year-old goalkeeper is moving to London to join the Blues.
Bell was also interesting Manchester City, says the Mirror, which carried out extensive scouting on the youngster.
But Chelsea won the race with a package that includes a place at a top West London school.
Sunderland must wait on a tribunal settling compensation but it may reach seven figures if Bell plays for England.
