Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has challenged Armando Broja after their FA Cup win against Preston.
Broja scored in the 4-0 win.
Pochettino said: "I think it should be amazing.
"He should smile, be positive and change his body language. I think when he performs well and finds the net he will improve.
"It's important for the team and for him to improve his confidence."
On Enzo Fernandez's goalscoring performance, he added: "The team was improving with time and it was an important game for Enzo Fernandez to feel he could perform at a high level."
