Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has taken a pop at the club's recruitment chiefs.
Pochettino insists his squad has struggled this season as it's unbalanced.
He said: "The problem at Chelsea is not that the players are young.
"The problem is that the team is young.
"With 16 or 17 new players who joined at the beginning of the season, you need time to build the team."
