Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has compared Moises Caicedo's situation at the club to a footballing legend.
Pochettino was asked about Caicedo's struggles, which continued during the team's 4-1 loss to Liverpool on Wednesday.
Pochettino used the example of French legend Zinedine Zidane, outlining how he took time to adapt to Real Madrid in 2001 as a 29-year-old.
Remember when Zidane or Kaka went to Real Madrid, they paid a big amount of money," he told reporters.
Zidane was 26 or 27. I think it took seven or eight months for him to perform because expectation is massive and adaptation is difficult. The pressure is massive.
