Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino admits winning Sunday's Carabao Cup final would be important for him and his staff.
Pochettino is yet to win a trophy in England.
Ahead of the clash with Liverpool, he said: "That is good that you said 'in England' [laughs] because before when I was in Tottenham, it was the same question. It means a lot for us, the coaching staff to have the possibility to arrive on the final and to challenge a team like Liverpool to win our first title here.
"It's a dream for us, the coaching staff. And of course, we have 90 minutes to achieve that and yes, we are going to fight. The team is ready, we are going to be very competitive and it is a massive chance for us."
Pochettino also said: "Yes, it is a chance. But for me and Jesus [Perez, assistant manager, who was also sitting in the press conference] Wembley is like home because we played a lot there with Tottenham. It's like coming back home, not house, home, because after one year of competing there we created a very good bond between Wembley and the team and everyone there.
"Yes, for sure, it is going to be special to play there and be special to win. We are going to try and compete at our best and be better than Liverpool and deserve to win the trophy."
