Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has intimated Noni Madueke was overlooked for last night's Carabao Cup win against Brighton.
Madueke was believed to be injured, but Pochettino suggested he was fit for selection.
Quizzed about the winger's absence, he said after the 1-0 victory: "It's about decisions."
The 21-year-old switched from PSV Eindhoven to Chelsea in January.
Since then, he has scored twice in 15 games for the London club.
