Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino says he plans to become more involved in the club's transfers.
The Argentine says that he needs to be more involved in the decisions in the transfer market going forward.
"The good thing is that the relationship and communication with the sporting director and the owners work well," he said.
"When the transfer window closed, I said that I must be more involved in all decisions.
"I started working on identifying our needs in January."
