Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino is adamant they're on the right track.
Ahead of today's clash with Luton Town, Pochettino insisted not much needs to be changed in 2024.
Pochettino said: "Not to change. To keep believing is the most important thing. We are doing a job that is going to pay off when the circumstances will be different.
"The circumstances we are fighting are really tough.
"We are not getting the results we deserve but we need to keep pushing. That's the only way.
"With the players we have, we can have a very good season."
