New Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino expects Romelu Lukaku to join them for preseason.
Pochettino held his introductory media press conference today.
Lukaku is due back after last season's loan with Inter Milan.
Pochettino said: "The situation, all of the parts, know what we think. I think in that case he need to come back in 12th or 13th to be in the squad to start pre-season.
"Yeah, like all of the players when they arrive they come to my office to say hello. If he is still a Chelsea player..."
The new manager was also asked about Mason Mount.
"When I talk about the future, it's about the players in the squad. He's a Manchester United player now. I don't know what happened in the past, we need to be focused on our players and move and try to build a nice story."
