Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino says it's important the club retains faith in their long-term project.
Pochettino was speaking with Mundo Deportivo and asked about the team's inconsistency so far this season.
Ahead of last night's Carabao Cup win against Blackburn Rovers, Pochettino said: "The important thing is to have faith in the ideas, to have judgment and to analyse why things are going the way they are.
"This is to help the organisation develop, and not to make the same mistakes again.
"The most important thing is to learn from the mistakes. At the moment we are a very young team. A young team means there were too many changes this summer due to various circumstances, and we are suffering from that now. Sometimes good results, sometimes bad, but the performances are even."
