Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has defended his work at Stamford Bridge.
Pochettino insists comparisons with former Blues manager Thomas Tuchel, who won the Champions League with the club, are unfair.
Pochettino said: "Thomas came to another project.
"A project that has already been built. Then we came to a club where the operating principles were changing. That's why everything is different.
"We're going to build something for the future, but over time. You can destroy everything in one second, but to build something that starts working, you need to take several steps."
