Chelsea boss Graham Potter says the academy will be important for his team building.
Potter was happy for Armando Broja to score in victory over Wolves on Saturday.
He said, "It's his first goal and he's been having an impact off the bench. You can see what he brings to the team. Again, he's having to be patient but he's working hard in training and I think that goal is a big goal for him.
"The boys from the Academy are vital. They bring an understanding of the culture of the club, demands of the club, what's required in terms of environment.
"They've come from a fantastic education from the Academy so they're good people and they're good footballers. Our job now is to maximise their potential, which is really exciting."
