Chelsea boss Graham Potter ducked questions about Manchester City's financial fair play charges.
Chelsea's mega spending has come into question after City's charges.
Potter said: "I didn't really have too many thoughts, to be honest. It's something I can't really comment on as I don't know anything about it. it's something Manchester City have to deal with. We just focus on ourselves.
"As I understand it they are just charges and in this country you're innocent until you're proven guilty. So it's not for me to comment on.
"In any competition you need to make sure everybody is abiding by the rules."
