Chelsea boss Graham Potter admits they'll have to hold back Cesar Azpilicueta after his head injury suffered in defeat to Southampton.
The veteran defender is now set to undergo a number of protocols before he is allowed to take back to the training pitch.
Potter saw the return of a number of stars who missed the defeat to Southampton as he looked to manage their load. The likes of Reece James, Thiago Silva, Marc Cucurella, Hakim Ziyech and Ruben Loftus-Cheek all missed out on the squad for the Stamford Bridge match but appear fit enough to return for the London derby.
Potter said in his press conference: "He's [Azpilicueta] as ok as can be when you've had that concussion. He won't be ready for the weekend as we have to go through the protocols, but he's doing well.
"We've had a good week's training, everyone is available pretty much apart from N'Golo [Kante] and Christian Pulsiic. They are making progress, joining the warm-ups, and they will be more integrated next week. So that is good."
