Chelsea boss Graham Potter has confirmed Kai Havertz is the club's first choice penalty taker.
The Blues signed Jorginho from Arsenal in the January transfer window.
Considering the midfielder is a penalty specialist, many had expected him to take over the role.
"The players are always practicing penalties," Potter said ahead of a Champions League knockout second leg against Borussia Dortmund.
"We are prepared for the eventuality and possibility [of a penalty shootout].
We want to win it before that but if not, then we will be prepared to go through in that way. Kai is our penalty taker in the absence of Jorginho."
