Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel says Edouard Mendy doesn't need to be told about his error in defeat at Leeds.
Mendy's gaffe saw Brenden Aaronson score as Leeds won 3-0 on Sunday.
Tuchel said, “He knows himself. With these kinds of mistakes, I don't think if we need to speak a lot. He knows himself that this was a mistake and honestly, this has nothing to do with protection or no protection. Everybody in the world sees the mistake, it's a huge mistake in a crucial time of the match. It does not help and he's the one that is the most disappointed because it cost us a lot today."
Tuchel was also asked about Kalidou Koulibaly's red card.
He added: "It is a bit of a reflection of frustration and it cannot happen. We cannot get frustrated in the Premier League. It is a pure joy to play games in an atmosphere like this. We should just do it and accept it. It is not okay and it is not good."
