Chelsea captain Reece James is meeting a hamstring specialist today.
James suffered a new hamstring injury in defeat at Everton, having only just returned from a similar injury suffered in the opening round of the season.
It's suggested James could be missing for four months.
The London Evening Standard says he was due to see a hamstring specialist on Tuesday.
Chelsea medical staff will consult with James after his visit to the specialist.
